A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Modoc homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
We walk Modoc homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Modoc property sits exposed.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Modoc Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Modoc homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Modoc roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
